UK tax payers - Gift Aid declaration

If you pay tax in the UK, the Maple Society can reclaim the basic rate tax (25%) on your membership payment.

In agreeing to gift-aid your membership you are agreeing to this statement: "I would like to Gift Aid my subscription and all other donations to The Maple Society this year. I understand that if I pay less income tax than the total amount of Gift Aid claimed on all donations I make during the tax year, it is my responsibility to pay the difference."

All you have to do is make a Gift Aid declaration using the selection in the membership payment above. Alternatively if using the form below please tick the box under the signature line.

Making a payment by cheque in GBP or local currency

You can make a payment by cheque in GBP or your local currency by printing the membership form below, filling it in and sending it with your payment to the address on the form.

Payment by direct bank transfer

You can make a payment by bank transfer via the internet by printing the membership form below, filling it in and sending it to the address on the form - please contact the membership secretary for the bank details, your membership will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Annual Subscription Rates are as follows:
Standard (private, individual or family): £ 20
Associate Society / College: £ 20
Corporate / Business: £ 40
Cheques should be made out to "The Maple Society" in pounds sterling but equivalent amounts in Euro notes are acceptable. Bank transfer details can be supplied if preferred.
